As each item is custom-made, we only accept returns or exchanges for defective or damaged products. If you receive an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. For more details.

Since our products are made-to-order, cancellations or modifications are only possible within the first 2 hours of placing the order. After this time, production begins, and changes cannot be made.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to monitor your package's delivery status.
