At Salty Attitude, we specialize in print-on-demand services, ensuring each product is uniquely crafted upon order. This approach allows us to offer personalized items tailored to your preferences. However, due to the custom nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that we do not support returns or exchanges in the following situations:

Incorrect Size or Color Selection: If you ordered the wrong size or color, we cannot process a return or exchange. We encourage you to review our sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind after receiving the product, we are unable to accept a return or exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, we are committed to making it right. In such cases, we offer a free reprint or a refund. To initiate this process, please contact our team within 30 days of product delivery. You can reach us through the “Submit Issue” form on our website. When submitting your request, please provide a clear photo that clearly shows the issue.
Refund Process
Refunds are issued to your Caye Life account balance. You can withdraw this amount to transfer it back to your original payment method. Please note:

If your selected billing currency is not United States Dollar (USD), the refund will be returned directly to the original payment source.
Multiple Product Issues
If multiple products with the same design are affected, we require an additional photo or video showing all affected items in one frame for confirmation purposes.

Unsuccessful Delivery: In cases of unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect address information or other reasons, you have the option to request a reprint at an additional charge or opt for a partial refund.

Print Placement Tolerance: For Direct-to-Garment (DTG) products, there is a tolerance of 0.5 inches for print placement. Minor variations within this range are not considered defects.
